For Those Attending a Pre-Conference Workshop or Those Planning on a Tuesday, March 13th Arrival:

Due to high demand and nearly sold-out conditions, the LMA cannot guarantee the availability of rooms at the Gaylord Texan for Tuesday evening only. In the event you are unable to secure your room, please find the following two options:

Option 1: Go directly to the Gaylord Texan website (www.gaylordtexan.com) and reserve your room for the duration of your stay at the prevailing rate.

Option 2: Visit our overflow hotel, The Hilton DFW Lakes Hotel website, located just 2 miles from the Gaylord Texan and choose to reserve Tuesday night only and return to the Gaylord Texan for the remainder of your stay. You are of course also welcome to stay at the Hilton DFW Lakes Hotel for the duration of your stay.

Option 3: Visit our overflow hotel, The Super 8 Hotel please call 817-329-7222 and ask for the "LMA rate". King or two double beds for $79.00 (plus tax). Includes FREE shuttle to Gaylord Texan, DFW Airport and local restaurants. Also includes free breakfast, wireless internet, business center and fitness center.
